Once your balance reaches $0.00 you will have up to five days to recharge your balance before a full disconnect on the account is initiated. To avoid this, log in to your account and go to the Billing tab to recharge your account. The minimum recharge amount is $10.

You can also choose the Auto Recharge Option and ensure that your account is recharged automatically when your credits drop below a certain amount.

How does Apeiron's Free Trial work?

Apeiron offers a trial to all customers who sign up, which includes a free balance for you to experiment with. When your balance is getting low, Aperion will send you an email with information to upgrade your account.

Getting your Apeiron trial started is an easy process. Below is a quick primer on setting up your initial services with the free testing balance.

Getting Started

  1. Sign up for your free Apeiron trial you will receive a login to https://dashboard.apeiron.io

  2. When you login you will see your credit balance in the top right hand corner of the dashboard interface. To use a service go to Ordering --> Order Services and select the type of order you would like to initiate.

  3. The order form will collect your service & configuration details and will provide a quote for services to be confirmed. If you order is less than the balance on the account then you will be able to confirm & submit.

  4. If the order being placed is larger than the test balance you will either have to decrease quantities of features that include MRC charges (DIDs, TFNs for example) or input a method of payment to continue.

  5. Once the quote has been accepted and the order has been provisioned (instanatly) either collect your API key and start using services or turnup a SIP trunk or DID.

How much credit do I receive for the free trial

New accounts receive a $0.25 test credit. This is enough to make a few calls or send a few messages. If you need more test credit just open a ticket and ask us for more and it will be considered.

What happens when the trial balance runs out

If your balance runs to $0 and a payment has not been made then services will cease to work and any calls in progress will be disconnected.

What is a CPaaS?

Communications platform as a service (CPaaS) is a cloud-based delivery model that allows organizations to add real-time communication capabilities such as voice, video and messaging to business applications by deploying application program interfaces (APIs). The communication capabilities delivered by APIs include Short Message Service (SMS), Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS), telephony and video. Communication services can be embedded into business applications, such as sales software, to add features such as notifications, click-to-call and multifactor authentication.

Is CPaaS all you do?

Well, we run a CPaaS that can be used many ways. One of the way is to provision end to end services like SIP Trunking, SMS or Trunkless DID services to enable a complete communications service across our platform. We make services easy to use whether you are using an API or logging into our Dashboard user interface at https://dashboard.apeiron.io

What do I need to be able to use your SIP Trunking product?

To connect to our SIP trunking product you will need a system, platform or application that can communicate using Session Initiation Protocol (SIP).
